She was last seen in Northbrook.
Shortly after 1:15 a.m. Monday, officers were called to the 3900 block of North Racine Avenue in Kenwood, where the teen was found.
The teen had not been reported missing and the situation was considered non-criminal in nature. The teen was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.
